Delete your account?
Your Movetain account, cloud routes, owned photos, Relay rooms and associated portal data will be permanently removed. Once confirmed, deletion cannot be cancelled.
Your phone files stay. Local routes, photos, offline maps and settings are preserved. Your Google account is not deleted.
Export anything you want to keep first. Signing in again never restores this account or its cloud data. You can register a new account with default quotas only after the old account and its primary data have been successfully removed.
Deletion steps and timing
Access is disabled first. Cleanup starts after at least 65 minutes so old sessions can expire. Failed steps are retried.
A final sweep after 8 days checks previously started uploads for the old account only. Once primary deletion succeeds, you can register again without waiting for this final check. The new account is not affected. Infrastructure logs, provider backups and recipients’ copies have separate retention periods; see the Privacy Policy.
