MOVETAIN Direct WSS 2.7.15.2410 (generation 14)

This is a modified build of Meshtastic firmware 2.7.15, not an official
Meshtastic release. Upstream firmware and its original copyright notices
belong to the Meshtastic project and individual contributors.

Clone the repository, checkout b54391ed3c790a65b141cddaaa511904e0d9191f, initialize submodules recursively,
then build using PlatformIO: pio run -e heltec-v3
The revision includes build configuration, dependency versions, partition

The vendored WebSocket component comes from ESP-IDF v4.4.7 (Espressif),
Apache-2.0. See Apache-2.0.txt and WEBSOCKET-CHANGES.md for attribution,
original source URL, checksum and modification notes.

The dependency license collection contains license/notice files from this
build's installed libraries. Source copyright notices are also preserved in
the upstream and modified source repositories. This collection is not a
claim that every installed optional library is linked into the image.

Target: heltec-v3, ESP32-S3, 8 MB. Confirm hardware compatibility.
Factory is written at 0x0000 and may overwrite settings in its covered range.
Update is application-only; prefer room OTA to select the inactive slot.
